"Hi Larry. I expected my run yesterday to be very difficult. It was not. I came away with the word "easy" in my brain. My time was 8 minutes faster than last year. I felt some pain during the run and I was able to concentrate on "the sand box" and the pain decreased to the point of almost not noticing it. I felt that I had more gas in the tank at the end of the run than I usually feel.

So maybe "running with ease" is working. On to my next half in 3 weeks. Thanx for your input."
